Our Mission

Our mission is to drive the transition to a sustainable and clean energy future by developing innovative hydrogen electrolyzers and fuel cells that empower industries, transportation, and communities with efficient and reliable energy solutions. We are committed to advancing the hydrogen economy, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting environmental stewardship through cutting-edge research, high-quality products, and collaborative partnerships.

Our Story

H2ElectroWatt's management team brings together extensive expertise in developing and commercializing advanced technologies for gas and liquid separation applications, as well as the development of novel catalysts. The team's collective experience was gained during their tenure at CeraMem Separations, which was later acquired by Corning Incorporated.

The team achieved significant success by successfully developing and bringing to market large-scale, low-cost, multi-channel porous ceramic monoliths designed for gas and liquid separation. These technologies had various commercial applications, including high-temperature regenerable gas particulate filters and filters incorporating catalytic materials for simultaneous oxidation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx), and sulfur removal in gasification environments.

Notably, the team's early development work on Corning's diesel particulate filter has contributed significantly to generating over $700 million annually in revenue.

Beyond their achievements in product development and commercialization, the team excelled in innovative product manufacturing and engineering, enabling effective deployment of their novel products in various systems.

The team's focus also extended to research and development, leading to the prototyping of cutting-edge products for gas separation, particularly hydrogen, ammonia, over a wide range of temperatures, as well as solid oxide fuel cells.

H2ElectroWatt's founding team members possess an impressive wealth of experience in various critical technologies and disciplines related to clean energy. Each team member has over thirty years of experience, indicating our deep expertise and understanding of the field.

Our expertise covers applied research and staged product development, with a particular focus on high-temperature porous materials, catalytic materials, and separation devices.

We possess a strong foundation in materials science and engineering, which is crucial for developing advanced and efficient technologies in the clean energy and automotive sectors.

Our manufacturing experience ensures that the breakthrough products we develop can be efficiently and cost-effectively produced on a large scale.

Our team's capabilities also include device and systems engineering, which is crucial for integrating novel technologies into practical energy systems. This expertise ensures that the products that we create are not just theoretical concepts but can be effectively implemented in real-world applications.
